Michaela Pomeroy and Jemma Moir are on trial for charges related to actions taken after Peter Crowley’s death in April 2022. Pomeroy, 33, has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to pervert justice. Moir, 27, is deemed unfit for trial. They allegedly conspired to prevent the police from apprehending Tia Pomeroy, Michaela’s daughter, who attacked Crowley, later found dead from liver disease and drug intoxication. Tia had previous convictions for violence and was involved with Mason Robins, also convicted of related charges. The trial continues, with cross-examination of Pomeroy ongoing.
