Later, in Sandbanks Road, the same e-scooter’s occupants reportedly yelled and gestured at police and the public. When officers tried to stop the vehicle, one person fled, but the 35-year-old rider was detained and later de-arrested. He is currently assisting with inquiries. Police are seeking witnesses to any related anti-social behavior in the area around that time, referencing incident number 55260083893.
