In the Dock – Cases Heard at Poole Magistrates’ Court

Paul Farrell, 51, pleaded guilty to public indecency and was given a five-year sexual harm prevention order and 100 hours of community service. Ricky Aaron, 64, admitted to assaulting a constable, receiving an 18-month conditional discharge and £100 in compensation. Robert Lockyer, 39, stole over £5,000 worth of goods, receiving an 18-week suspended sentence and compensation of £1,602. William Lynch, 42, drove disqualified and was fined £80, banned for 11 months, and ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work. Kacper Behrendt, 26, received a six-month conditional discharge for theft of electricity, and Charlie Glue, 26, was sentenced to 100 hours of unpaid work for assault.
