Renoufs, a popular food vendor from Dorset and Hampshire, will host a live demonstration on creating the perfect cheese and charcuterie board at the Wimborne Food Festival on September 19. Led by Sali Pike and Ellie Snook, the session will be held at the Food Theatre Marquee near Waitrose. Attendees will learn about selecting cheeses from over 190 options, board composition, and pairing flavors. The festival, now in its third year, celebrates local food and drink producers, featuring tastings and culinary displays from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is free to attend.
