In the early hours of March 29, 2026, a man in his 30s was assaulted outside Soundwaves Bar on Poole Quay, suffering repeated punches to the face and head that left him unconscious. He sustained a broken jaw and required hospital treatment. Following a police investigation and a CCTV appeal, a 17-year-old boy from Poole was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. The minor has since been released under investigation as further inquiries are conducted.
