On July 16, Broadstone school’s staff and students will embark on a 5.6-mile hike to support local charities. After the success of their inaugural Hills Hike, the school aims to establish this event as an annual tradition. Funds raised by students will benefit Changes are Made (C.A.M.), an anti-knife crime charity founded after a tragic incident in Bournemouth, and Whizz Kidz, which provides mobility equipment for disabled youth. Presentations earlier this year emphasized the significance of knife crime awareness. Donations can be made through specific JustGiving links for each charity.
