Tannen (Marshall) Limited has proposed a redevelopment of 4 Richmond Gardens, an eight-storey circular building in Bournemouth. The plan includes 73 flats across the top six floors, primarily one-bedroom units, with a reduced car parking provision of 73 spaces from 134. Cyclists will have access to 78 long-stay and 14 short-stay cycle parking spaces. The planning application (P/26/02288/PNCBD) is open for consultation until June 18, after which a decision is expected from officials.
