Susan Rousell, 71, from Highcliffe, recently reunited with the South Western Ambulance Service (SWASFT) team that saved her life after she collapsed at home on November 11, 2025. During the encounter at Christchurch Ambulance Station, she expressed gratitude to paramedics Kevin Cooke and Jonathan Nicholson, along with emergency associates Sharon Chaytor and Alexander Rose. After suffering cardiac arrest, she received emergency treatment and spent five days recovering at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, where she had stents fitted. Susan continues her recovery through a cardiac rehabilitation program, aiming to spend more quality time with her family.
