The campaign aims to raise awareness about butterfly conservation, as 80% of the UK’s 60 species have declined over the past 50 years due to environmental changes. Local residents are encouraged to participate and learn more through a dedicated voting website, which includes fun butterfly facts and personality quizzes. The winner will be announced later in the month.
