Theme park planning meeting delayed

BCP Council has postponed a planning meeting regarding the former Adventure Wonderland site, originally set for May 28, due to an administrative error involving insufficient notice. The meeting will now take place on June 5. Councillors were to discuss plans for the site, which include reopening a café, modifying the karting track, and creating gardens, play areas, and a mini golf course. The project also involves converting buildings for the Discovery Village, aimed at supporting individuals with disabilities, and offering commercial airport parking. Planning officers recommended refusal for the Adventure Wonderland application, while supporting approval for two other developments.
