Ojo Rojo, a restaurant in Bournemouth Triangle for a decade, will permanently close on June 6 after relocating to the Royal Exeter Hotel. Co-founder Trevor Hill expressed gratitude to patrons for their support over the years. The closure is prompted by new ownership plans for the hotel that do not include the restaurant. Ahead of its final day, Ojo Rojo will host farewell events with special offers, including taco deals and discounts on drinks. Trevor reflected on his pride in the restaurant’s achievements and encouraged loyal customers to celebrate its legacy one last time.
