Student experiences two-hour bus delays in bank holiday traffic

Jenna Williams, a barista and student, faced significant delays traveling to Bournemouth due to roadwork around the town center coinciding with the busy bank holiday. Morebus defended the schedule, citing the necessity of avoiding winter conditions for construction. Both the bus operator and the council acknowledged the extraordinary traffic challenges during this time.
