Student experiences two-hour bus delays in bank holiday traffic

Jenna endured over 40 minutes on a crowded, non-air-conditioned bus before opting to walk, which further delayed her plans to study. Morebus defended the schedule, citing the necessity of avoiding winter conditions for construction. Both the bus operator and the council acknowledged the extraordinary traffic challenges during this time.
