Bournemouth schools receive building funding

Kingsleigh Primary and St Mark’s CofE Primary School are among 684 educational institutions in England receiving support from the Condition Improvement Fund. This funding will enable schools to undertake essential repairs and updates, such as replacing heating systems, fixing roofs, and modernizing electrical systems. Bournemouth West MP Jessica Toale praised the initiative, emphasizing its importance in ensuring safe learning environments for children. This program is part of a broader effort, with over £2.1 billion allocated this year to enhance the condition of school buildings across the country.
