Dorset Police are increasing their visibility in Bournemouth’s seafront to combat anti-social behaviour during the summer. Their efforts include seizing nitrous oxide canisters and alcohol and monitoring individuals traveling to the area with criminal intent. A spokesperson confirmed police engagement with the community to deter disorderly conduct. On May 27, nine section 35 dispersal notices were issued to individuals acting disruptively. Officers emphasize their commitment to public safety and encourage residents to interact with police for assistance during heightened patrols in the area.
