Relevention Ltd has signed a three-year contract with BCP Council to manage Bournemouth Town Centre’s Summer Entertainment Programme, commencing July 4, 2024, with daily operations from 10 AM to 11 PM. Plans include a temporary entertainment area in Bournemouth Square featuring stalls, a bar with themed decor, a confectionary bus, and a performance stage. The setup will begin on July 1 and dismantling by September 8. The initiative aims to create part-time employment, enhancing the town’s summer appeal. Public consultation regarding the proposal will close on June 12, with a decision expected shortly thereafter.
