The World Cup Heroes Mini Soccer Play Positive Festival 2026, held during the bank holiday weekend at the Dorset FA County Ground, united clubs from across the county and beyond. Emphasizing the Play Positive Stay Positive initiative, the festival celebrated the joy of the game rather than goals or scores. Teams and families participated in vibrant country-themed attire. The event, which raised over £250 for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, also highlighted the efforts of young referees. The Dorset FA Mini Soccer League now seeks a title sponsor for the upcoming 2026/27 season.
