Mohammed Fathi Eltbie from Egypt is on trial for allegedly raping a woman in her 30s in Charminster on November 5, 2025. Prosecutor Rebecca Fairbairn stated the complainant had been drinking before engaging with Eltbie, who offered £50 for oral sex. After walking to a nearby wooded area, the complainant attempted to leave after requesting the payment. Eltbie became aggressive, overpowering and assaulting her as she repeatedly said no. The incident ended with her being raped. Eltbie was identified through CCTV and DNA, denying the allegations and claiming the encounter was consensual. The trial continues.
