Flood defense works between Poole Bridge and Hunger Hill are set to begin on June 1, focusing on the waterfront from Holes Bay Path to Lifeboat Quay. Temporary lane closures will affect the northbound A350, with speed limits reduced from 40mph to 30mph. And off-peak lane closures will occur from 9am to 3.30pm. The Holes Bay footpath will be closed and a diversion will be established for pedestrians and cyclists. Additionally, on June 8, the bus stop at Lifeboat Quay will be relocated. Site work will be conducted Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8am to 1pm.
