Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) theatre students are presenting a ‘de-Disneyfied’ adaptation of Grimm Tales at the Palace Court Theatre from May 28 to May 30. Collaborating with industry professional Elinor Lower, the production explores the original, darker versions of classic fairy tales through a unique physical interpretation. The ensemble uses movement and imagination instead of elaborate sets, immersing the audience in a creative experience. Students, including third-year acting student Finlay McGeachin, take on multiple roles, adding to the dynamic storytelling. Tickets are available online for evening shows and a Saturday matinee.
