Wimborne man’s Dorset social group approaches 18,000 members

Paul Hulbert, a 38-year-old from Wimborne, established the Dorset Social Group (DSG) for individuals in their 20s to 40s, focusing on affordable social events. Inspired by the rising cost of living, he aims to make social interactions less expensive. DSG has become a vibrant community organizing diverse activities like walks, beach barbecues, and parties. Additionally, he launched the dating app Smoochy, which has attracted over 1,000 users and offers lower-cost membership options. Paul also runs Coachtravel4u, providing economical day trips to various destinations, reinforcing his commitment to making social experiences more accessible.
