Acclaimed baritone Roderick Williams has finished his residency with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO), marked by a final performance at Lighthouse Poole. Williams, an OBE recipient and performer at King Charles III’s coronation, collaborated with BSO under chief conductor Mark Wigglesworth for “Lost In Innocence.” BSO CEO Dougie Scarfe praised his contributions, noting his inspirational work with musicians and the community, including outreach at local schools and hospitals. Music teacher Kate Wright highlighted the lasting impact of his performances on students. Williams’ engagement has left a significant and cherished mark on the BSO.
