A damaged car was found on the pebbles near Chesil Beach, having left Portland Beach Road after an early morning crash. It reportedly struck a lamppost and slid diagonally across grass before resting in a tidal lagoon about 100 meters from the road. Witnesses expressed concern for those involved in the incident. Dorset Police have been notified, but no further comments have been released yet regarding the condition of the occupants or details of the crash.
