The BCP Council’s eastern planning committee is set to approve a development plan involving AFC Bournemouth, which includes a section 106 agreement aimed at mitigating project impacts. The club will contribute £945,076 and an annual £98,000 over four years for a traffic regulation order. Key allocations include £100,000 for Pokesdown Station improvements, £202,000 for match day parking, and various pedestrian and cycling enhancements totaling £432,000. Additional contributions include bus stop improvements and funding for community infrastructure in Kings Park. The plan will be reviewed by the committee on May 22.
