Anthony Fuller, a 55-year-old hiker from Southbourne, has undertaken the challenge of walking over 100 miles of the South West Coast Path annually. So far, he has completed more than 315 of its 630 miles. This year, he started on May 11, hiking from Kennack Sands to Perranporth Beach, supporting Meredith’s Mission, which aids families dealing with childhood cancer. Inspired by Meredith’s journey, Anthony finds their work invaluable. Despite the Southwest path’s difficulty and unpredictable weather, he relies on his daily six-mile walk for training. He has also supported other charities, choosing a different cause each year.
