The agency has also gained national accolades, being highlighted in the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work and ranking 32nd in Campaign Magazine’s UK Best Places to Work for 2025. Director Jess Bain emphasized the significance of these awards in reflecting their team’s commitment to excellence. Since taking over four years ago, Bain and co-director Nick Bain have modernized the 25-year-old agency, focusing on growth and employee wellbeing while leveraging innovation and AI.
