Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service responded to a reported fire in a commercial property at West Borough, Wimborne Square, around 7:40 PM on May 11. Nine fire crews, including aerial and command units, were dispatched to manage the situation. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered flames affecting the building’s roof and utilized breathing apparatus, hose reel jets, and main lines to extinguish the blaze. Authorities advised the public to avoid the area while efforts continued.
