Wareham care home receives ‘Good’ rating in recent inspection

Anglebury Court, a dementia-specialized care home in Wareham operated by Care Dorset, received a ‘Good’ rating in all areas from the CQC following inspections in late February and early March. The home, accommodating 32 residents, offers distinct living areas and was praised for its safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led operations. Despite some identified issues in record-keeping and staffing levels, families expressed confidence in the staff’s commitment to resident care. Chief operating officer Ally Prince highlighted the team’s effort in achieving and maintaining this positive rating. Care Dorset operates 23 sites, employing around 800 staff.
