The Connection event, hosted by Michelle Reade at the Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth on April 30, gathered 80 women entrepreneurs for a day of inspiration and networking. The event aimed to create a supportive environment where participants felt empowered. Activities included yoga, talks on leadership and personal growth, and a wellness space. Attendees engaged in interactive sessions, including close-up magic and a unique ‘Menopause of Sound’ disco. A pay-it-forward ticket scheme ensured inclusivity, and guests left with practical business tools. Following its success, The Connection plans to return in April 2027, with smaller events in between.
