ModuVie Ltd has applied to change the use of 41 Shillito Road in Poole from a dwelling house to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The plan includes six bedrooms with en-suites, a shared kitchen, and living area, along with one parking space and eight cycle storage spots. This follows a previous application for a nearby property, 39 Shillito Road, which was denied. The conversion at 41 Shillito Road doesn’t require planning permission to create a six-bed HMO. The application is open for consultation until May 21, and a decision will follow the consultation period.
