Asda Stores Limited has applied to BCP Council for a premises license for its site at Culliford Crescent, Canford Heath, Poole, BH17 9DW. The application, submitted on April 24, requests permission to sell alcohol 24 hours a day and to provide late-night refreshment from 11 PM to 5 AM daily. If approved, Asda Express Canford Heath PFS would operate under a new license granted under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Public comments on the application must be submitted in writing to BCP Council by May 22, with the potential for unlimited fines for false statements associated with the application.
