Poole flats receive clearance to use water supply

Residents of Sterte Court in Holes Bay were advised by BCP Council not to use their water supply for drinking or cooking due to a temporary quality issue, leaving some without safe water for five days. Wessex Water conducted sampling and testing, confirming the issue has been resolved. A spokesperson from BCP Council expressed gratitude for residents’ patience during the investigation, assuring that the water supply is now safe for normal use. The council emphasized there is no ongoing risk after precautionary testing was completed.
