The Guildhall Tavern in Poole has received a license variation allowing outdoor dining for 30 customers from April to September, operating Monday to Saturday until 10:30 PM, and Sunday until 6 PM. Live outdoor music is permitted on select days. Despite objections from local residents regarding noise, the licensing committee approved the changes with conditions, such as a noise management plan and no service past specified hours. The restaurant is also listed among Michelin-starred venues for 2026.
