Muriel Razey celebrated her 100th birthday on April 28 at Highcliffe Nursing Home in Stuart Road, surrounded by five generations of her family and about 20 relatives. A heartfelt tribute from her son Philip highlighted her remarkable life, which began in 1926 in Devonport and included military moves across continents, losing her father during WWII, and an impressive career as a secretary. After marrying Norman Razey in 1950 and raising two sons, she became a dedicated homemaker. Despite health challenges in her later years, Muriel attributes her longevity to her strong constitution and cherished family ties.
