Kay Frances Florence Holloway, 65, pleaded guilty to an animal welfare offense after RSPCA investigation. Distressing footage from her home showed her abusing two dogs, Shuini and Loki, which she was pet-sitting. The videos revealed instances of physical violence, including striking Shuini with a slipper and aggressive handling of both dogs. A veterinary report indicated significant psychological suffering and potential physical harm to the animals. Holloway expressed remorse and cited health issues as factors in her behavior. She was fined £1,415, ordered to pay costs, and Shuini was rehomed by RSPCA.
