Greek restaurant rejects proposals for music and alcohol

Greek Corner Kostas, an authentic Greek food business, registered in June 2025 after Kostas Grill House Limited took over the Bournemouth location. An application for alcohol sales, alongside recorded music, was submitted in May but remains incomplete. During an April 20 licensing committee meeting, committee members expressed concerns that the venue could not operate without causing public nuisance, particularly for residents above the restaurant. While acknowledging progress, the committee stated more measures are necessary to protect local residents from potential disturbances.
