Gervis Place bus stops in Bournemouth will close for approximately eight months starting May 23 due to major upgrades by BCP Council aimed at improving bus services. The section from the pedestrian crossing to Westover Road will be affected, necessitating the use of alternative bus stops, primarily located on Westover Road. Enhancements include a new bus priority route, resurfacing the road, widening footways for easier access, installing larger shelters, and updating real-time information displays.
