Roeshot Development Company Limited submitted a Reserved Matters application to BCP Council for the first phase of a development on land north of Lyndhurst Road, which is open for consultation until May 15 under application number P/26/01741/RM. This proposal differs from an earlier Taylor Wimpey plan for 43 homes still under consideration. The new design features three distinct zones influenced by nearby historic villages, including a “Model Village” with Victorian-style homes and a “Main Street” inspired by 18th and 19th-century architecture. The development aims to address challenges, such as noise, with enhanced landscaping.
