BCP Facilities Management has applied to extend the Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre in Christchurch, which currently features pools, fitness facilities, and sports courts, but lacks dedicated studio space. The extension, approved for £1.8 million in March 2026, will add two studios for 30-40 participants each, enhancing the range of classes offered. The two-storey structure will be located at the back of the centre. Current parking will remain at 263 spaces, with eight additional cycling spaces introduced. Public consultation on the project runs until May 16, 2026, with decisions expected thereafter.
