Chairman Don McQueen emphasized DBA’s unique blend of quality investment opportunities and community spirit. The evening featured a wine tasting and a keynote by entrepreneur Simon Hawtrey-Coombs, who discussed leadership, growth, and the significance of culture in business. He shared his success journey and introduced a framework for success based on clarity, execution, growth, culture, and energy.
