Five swimmers from Poole Swimming Club participated in the Aquatics GB Championships in London, achieving personal bests, reaching finals, and setting new records. Coach Chris Neilson praised their teamwork and dedication throughout the event. Notable performances included Halle qualifying for the A final in the 50m backstroke, marking the club’s first appearance since 2019, and finishing eighth. Naomi set a lifetime best in the 50m breaststroke, while Freddie delivered season-best times. Izzy and Leo also competed, with Izzy achieving a personal best. Neilson expressed pride in the swimmers’ progress and teamwork.
