In the Dock – Cases at Poole Magistrates’ Court

Johnathan Baldwin, 36, from Wimborne, received a suspended four-month sentence for controlling behavior and assaults, along with rehabilitation and fines. Badal Avetisian, 41, from Poole, was given a one-year community order for stealing £200 of perfume, while Michael Clifford-Houston, 26, also from Poole, received a community order for stealing £40 from Tesco. Ersel Sali, 32, was fined for drug-driving, and Darren Limm, 51, was discharged conditionally for shop theft. Emadul Islam, 41, faced fines and a two-year driving ban for failing to provide a specimen. Rachel Heussi, 40, was fined for theft, and Gabriel Swatzell, 44, fined for driving offenses.
