On April 22, John Grinnell, Centre Manager of Poole’s Dolphin Centre, announced via Facebook that all six car park lifts were out of service, frustrating those needing lift access. While BCP Council manages the car parks, they are aware of the situation and are working on a resolution. A spokesperson confirmed that one lift near Sports Direct is operational and two others are back in service. Alternative access options include Seldown car park and Morebus services to Poole Bus Station for step-free access to the centre. Visitors are encouraged to talk to staff for assistance.
