Plants and Minds, a Dorset charity, has partnered with Fortress Mortgage Services to organize a charity golf fundraiser on May 8 at Knighton Heath Golf Club, Bournemouth. The event aims to raise funds for its horticultural therapy programs, supporting adults with mental health challenges at Cherry Tree Nursery in Bournemouth and Chestnut Nursery in Poole. Community liaison officer Maria Tidy highlights the golf day as an excellent opportunity for team-building and stress relief. Limited spaces are available for teams at £300, including a round of golf, meals, and competitions. All proceeds will enhance the wellbeing of participants.
