MSP Capital, based in Poole, celebrated its 45th anniversary at Scaplen’s Court with over 100 property professionals, including clients and partners. The event, themed ‘built to last’, highlighted the importance of strong foundations in property development and business growth. Chief Executive Leigh Bartlett emphasized the value of relationships in driving the company forward. The day featured entertainment by The Gershwin Gang, construction-themed canapés by Molecular Magic, and personalized leather coasters from Acorn Saddlery. Founded in 1981, MSP Capital, now a team of 60, plans continued growth, hosting another celebration later in London.
