S&A Entertainment Ltd has applied to BCP Council for a premises licence to facilitate regulated entertainment and alcohol sales at a family food festival in Muscliff Park, Bournemouth, BH9 3LR. The festival is set to debut on Saturday, June 20, running annually on designated weekends from May to September. Public representations regarding the application are due by Thursday, May 7. The application can be reviewed at the specified council address or website. Making false statements in relation to the application is punishable by an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003.
