Children’s hospice relaunched to assist additional families

Naomi and Jack’s, previously known as Naomi House & Jacksplace, has rebranded to clarify its purpose beyond end-of-life care. Research revealed that many families misunderstood its services, deterring them from seeking support for children and young adults with life-limiting conditions. The new branding aims to emphasize the charity’s holistic care, which includes palliative care, respite, therapy, and community outreach. A key change is the strapline “Full lives, however short,” highlighting the charity’s commitment to enhancing life quality. The rebranding reflects extensive input from families and staff, with over 9,000 participants consulted.
