On April 15, Wimborne Minster Town Mayor, Cllr Jeff Hart, hosted Civic Day, welcoming civic leaders from across Dorset to celebrate the town’s heritage and culture. The event featured guided tours of Kingston Lacy’s gardens and a lunch at The Little Pickle at the Mill, showcasing local cuisine. Guests visited Walford Mill to explore exhibitions by craft makers. Cllr Hart expressed pride in sharing what makes Wimborne Minster special, emphasizing community spirit and artistic talent. The Town Council thanked all contributors for making the event a success, highlighting the town as a hub for arts and culture.
