Firefighters from Verwood responded to a large industrial blaze in Fordingbridge that started shortly before 11pm on Sunday. Nine fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were deployed, with teams from several surrounding areas. Road closures were established, and residents were advised to keep windows and doors closed. The fire was brought under control by 5.30am, with no reported injuries. The cause remains unknown.
