Man assists police in Bournemouth fraud case

A man has come forward to assist Dorset Police with an investigation into a car sale fraud in Bournemouth. The incident occurred on March 6, 2026, when a vehicle was sold for £1800 using counterfeit £20 notes. The seller discovered the fraud after taking the cash to the bank the following Monday.
