More arrests after suspected explosive found

Dorset Police arrested a second man and a woman after discovering a suspected explosive device in Christchurch’s Suffolk Avenue during arrest inquiries. The device was safely removed by an Explosive Ordnance Disposal team, and three individuals remain in custody on firearms offences. A 50-meter cordon is in place, restricting access for some nearby residents. Authorities assure there is no risk to Twynham Primary School or the public at large as further searches are conducted.
